Investment Research Corporation (IRC) offers investment advice and financial planning to individuals, investment companies, pension plans, trusts, estates, charities, and corporations. IRC provides investment supervisory services and manages investment advisory accounts. Financial planning covers cash flow, education, retirement, investment, risk management, insurance, tax, and estate planning. Clients can customize their portfolios, but investment restrictions may affect account balance. IRC participates in a wrap fee program.
IRC clients pay a single annual fee for the wrap fee program, based on a percentage of the portfolio's market value or a flat fee, whichever they choose. The client can choose a $3,000 flat fee, or a fee based on a percentage of the account value for 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% or another percent value mutually agreed upon. The maximum fee is 2.0% of assets under management, not including program, product, custodial, or mutual fund fees.
