Blackridge Asset Management (BAM) offers financial planning, asset management, and consulting services to individuals, high-net-worth individuals, pension plans, trusts, and small businesses. BAM's advisors use third-party money manager models and can create and manage their own models. BAM also works with other registered investment advisory firms, where the client's account is governed by the third-party firm's fee schedule and disclosures. BAM is primarily a fee-only firm, but some advisors may receive commissions from broker/dealers for transactions.
Fee Structure
Blackridge Asset Management's advisors are compensated for their services by charging an advisory fee, or a combination of an advisory fee and a promotion fee, based on a percentage of the value of the assets they manage in your account, subject to a stated maximum. The actual fee is disclosed before you sign the management agreement. The advisory fee is shared between the advisor and Blackridge Asset Management. Fees are deducted from the account in advance, on a quarterly basis, based on an average daily balance from the previous quarter.
