Private Capital Management (PCM) offers investment and wealth advisory services. PCM manages separate accounts for institutional and high net worth clients, implementing value equity strategies. PCM also provides wealth advisory services, managing assets in passive and active strategies. PCM offers private fund strategies to qualified investors through its subsidiary Harmonic Investors LLC.
Fee Structure
PCM charges a management fee based on the value of your account, charged quarterly. The fee may be negotiable for significant relationships.
For the Value Focus Strategy, there are two options:
- 1% per year
- 0.75% per year plus a 5% performance fee subject to an 8% hurdle.
For the Value Equity Strategy, the standard fee is 1% per year. If the initial funding is less than $1 million, the fee will not exceed 1.5% per year and may be lower.
Wealth advisory clients pay a flat fee that generally does not exceed 1.25% per year, which may vary based on account size and other factors. This fee is in addition to any fees charged by ETFs or third-party managed strategies.
