The maximum annual fee for portfolio management services is 1.25% of assets under management. The actual fee charged is a function of the asset allocation target for an account and the size of the account. Accounts with a 100% equity allocation target pay a maximum of 1.25%. Those with a 100% fixed income allocation target pay a maximum of 0.75%. These fees are for 100% equity. There are discounts for fixed income allocations. For equity income portfolios, CSCM may offer a performance-based fee structure where you pay a base management fee plus a variable performance fee, but the total will not exceed 1.25% per year. You can also elect to pay a fixed 1.00% annual management fee.
