Select Money Management (SMM) provides investment advice to individuals and businesses. For individuals, SMM develops investment strategies based on their financial needs and goals. For businesses, SMM offers tailored advice for pension and retirement plans. SMM also offers wrap fee programs and helps clients select and monitor third-party investment managers. SMM clients participating in the AssetMark Platform will enter into a separate agreement with AssetMark, Inc. This Platform is no longer being offered to new SMM clients.

Select Money Management (SMM) offers several investment management options:
- General Investment Advisory Services: In most situations, SMM does not charge a separate fee for general investment advisory services for individuals.
- AssetMark Platform: Clients pay an annual investment advisory fee which is a percentage based on the fair market value of the total assets under management. The fee range is between 1.00% and 2.00%.
- Select Money Management Wrap Fee Program: Fees range between 0.70% and 2.20%, depending on the asset allocation strategy, the assets under management, the complexity of your investment requirements, and the nature of your individual circumstances.
- Managing the Managers: SMM receives a portion of the fee that you pay to the third-party manager, generally between 0.50% and 1.95%, depending on the assets under management, the complexity of your investment requirements, and the nature of your individual circumstances.
- Third-Party Wrap Fee Programs: SMM receives a portion of the fee that you pay to the sponsor, generally between 0.40% and 1.5%, depending on the assets under management, the complexity of your investment requirements, and the nature of your individual circumstances.
