Bolton Global Asset Management (BGAM) offers wealth management solutions through its investment advisor representatives (IARs). BGAM provides asset management services on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, and financial planning/consulting services. Clients can engage with BGAM for either or both services. BGAM IARs work with clients to identify their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation to create an investment strategy. BGAM may use internal management, unaffiliated money managers, or investment platforms to implement the strategy.
Fee Structure
BGAM offers investment management services where fees are negotiable between you and your advisor. The maximum fee is 2.5% of your portfolio value. Fees are typically billed quarterly, deducted directly from your account. BGAM may also assess a fee to cover ticket or transactional fees they are assessed because of a trade in your account.
