This fee schedule applies to the Small Cap Equity Strategy. The Micro Cap Equity Strategy has a flat rate of 1.0%. The Small Cap Opportunities Strategy has a flat rate of 1.25%. The Micro Cap Opportunities Strategy has a flat rate of 1.0%. The SMID Cap Opportunities Strategy has a tiered fee schedule: 1.0% on the first $25 million, then 0.85% on anything over that. Market values of related accounts on the same tiered fee schedule are combined for fee calculation. Minimum annual fees apply.
