Fee Structure
Calamos Advisors manages separate accounts with fees based on a percentage of the assets managed. The minimum investment and fees vary depending on the investment strategy. Here are some examples:

- Next $15 million: 0.30%
- Next $25 million: 0.25%
- Next $50 million: 0.20%
- Next $150 million: 0.15%

Fees are calculated and invoiced at the end of each calendar quarter and are normally payable quarterly in advance, but may also be payable in arrears. Calamos may negotiate or waive fees on a client-by-client basis.
