The firm constructs and maintains investment lineups appropriate for participant-directed plans. They maintain the investment series and develop an investment policy statement. The firm has decision-making authority regarding the selection, addition, removal, and/or replacement of investment options. 3(38) Investment Fiduciaries generally recommends mutual funds and exchange traded funds.
3(38) Investment Fiduciaries' fees for retirement plan clients are based on a percentage of plan assets, generally ranging from 0.02% to 0.50% annually, depending on the services provided. Alternatively, the firm offers a fixed investment management fee based on the nature and scope of services.
