Fee Structure

Q3 Advisors offers an ongoing financial planning service called the "Integration Experience." This includes continued planning support, education, and coordination across multiple financial planning areas. The fee is a one-time startup fee of $1,500 (which may be waived) and an ongoing quarterly fee of $1,250, billed in advance. The initial term is 12 months.

  • Rothology: $11,000 for analyzing current financial plans and integrating Roth conversions into projected financial and retirement plans, creating Roth conversion scenarios, and presenting a detailed schedule of estimated distributions, conversions, and tax liabilities.
  • Rothology Legacy: $8,100 for the same services as Rothology, but geared towards clients already taking distributions or with fewer retirement assets.
  • Comprehensive Financial Planning: Between $5,500 and $15,000 per year. $3,500 - $6,000 is for the initial development work, client onboarding, data gathering and input, and creating and developing the financial plan. The remaining balance is billed quarterly, in arrears.
  • A la Carte (Module-Based) Financial Planning: $1,000 client set-up fee, plus $2,000 for the first module and $1,500 for each additional module purchased at the same time.
