A Smarter Way To Invest (ASWTI) provides investment advisory services to other registered investment advisors (RIAs), not directly to individual clients. ASWTI offers various actively managed investment models that RIAs can use to manage their clients' portfolios. ASWTI may also distribute investment management services of other third-party advisors to RIAs.
Fee Structure
ASWTI does not work directly with individual investors. Instead, ASWTI provides investment management services to other registered investment advisors (RIAs) who then work with individual clients. ASWTI's fees are based on the assets managed and are determined by an agreement between ASWTI and the RIA. The maximum fee structure charged for sub-advisory services is 1.00% and may vary depending on a variety of factors and considerations, including but not limited to, level of service needs of the RIA or Client, total AUM of Client, and/or total AUM committed to ASWTI for services by RIA. Fees are negotiable.
