MarketRiders, operating as SogoTrade Asset Management (SAM), offers investment management services through its digital portfolio platform. Clients can access experienced investment advisors and customized portfolios using Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). SAM also offers an online subscription service where clients can build and manage their own ETF portfolios.
Fee Structure
SogoTrade Asset Management (SAM) charges an annual management fee of 0.75% of your portfolio for Standard Service managed accounts. For Enhanced Service accounts, there's an additional fee, negotiated with each client, up to another 0.75%. There is a minimum monthly fee of $5. SAM uses its affiliate, SogoTrade, Inc., as the broker-dealer, and clients do not pay commissions for trading activity.
