Wealthspire may recommend investments in private investment funds. The firm also offers non-discretionary investment advisory services.

Wealthspire may charge a different wrap-fee (higher or lower) or flat fee based upon certain criteria (i.e., complexity of the engagement, anticipated future earning capacity, anticipated future additional assets, dollar amount of assets to be managed, related accounts, account composition, negotiations with client, etc.). Certain Program clients are subject to a different fee schedule that was previously established.
