Peak Capital Management (PCM) provides investment strategies designed to manage risk and seek returns less dependent on stock and fixed income markets. PCM tailors investment advice to individual client needs using a Risk Profile Questionnaire to determine risk tolerance. PCM offers financial planning services covering estate, retirement, and tax plans, which clients can contract for separately from investment management. PCM was acquired by Shepherd Kaplan Krochuk, LLC (SKK) in 2020, but the PCM team remains in place.
PCM is generally compensated for investment management services with a fee based on the value of your portfolio, paid quarterly. The annual fee typically ranges from 0.6% to 1% of the value of your portfolio, depending on the amount invested and other factors. All fees are subject to negotiation. PCM requires a minimum investment of $500,000, but this may be waived in certain situations.
