Financial Management Network (FMN) is a financial advisory firm that helps individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. FMN offers financial planning, consulting, tax preparation, and investment management services. Investment management includes both discretionary and non-discretionary options. FMN also offers consulting services related to Quicken and QuickBooks.
Fee Structure
FMN offers several investment management options with different fee structures:
For clients who started before July 1, 2002:
- Annual fee: 1% on the first $200,000, 0.80% on $200,001-$500,000, 0.70% on $500,001-$1,000,000, and 0.60% on amounts over $1,000,000.
- Minimum annual fee: $1,000.
For clients who started after July 1, 2002:
- Annual fee: 0.90% on $200,000-$500,000, 0.80% on $500,001-$1,000,000, and 0.70% on amounts over $1,000,000. Fees are negotiable for portfolios over $3,000,000.
- Minimum account size: $200,000.
For clients who started after September 30, 2011, with more complex portfolios:
- Annual fee range: 0.60% to 1.25%. Fees are negotiable for portfolios over $3,000,000.
Model Portfolio Management:
- Annual fee: 1.25% (minimum $156.25 per quarter).
- Minimum account size: $50,000.
FM6 Management (for non-profit employees):
- Annual fee: 0.50%.
- Minimum account size: $100,000.
Class F-2 shares of the American Funds:
- Annual fee: 0.50%.
Sub-Adviser (for accounts under $10,000):
- Annual fee: 1% (0.25% paid to the sub-adviser, 0.75% to FMN).
