Toews Asset Management provides investment advice through different programs. These include Toews Sponsored Advisory Programs (i-Vest and IRMS), Third-Party Sponsored Advisory Programs, and Investment Management Services for mutual funds and exchange-traded funds. Toews also offers coaching and consulting services to financial professionals through the Behavioral Investing Institute. The i-Vest and IRMS programs are legacy offerings, no longer marketed to new clients but still serviced. Toews primarily invests in its own mutual funds and ETFs.
Fee Structure
Toews Asset Management offers investment management through the i-Vest and IRMS programs.
i-Vest Program: Fees range from 0.56% to 2.00% annually, including both Toews's fee (0.50%) and the Financial Intermediary's fee (0.06% - 1.50%). Toews may waive its fee if the allocation to Toews Funds is greater than or equal to 30%.
IRMS Program:
- Accounts less than $100,000: 2.30% annually (minimum annual fee of $1,150)
- Accounts from $100,000 to $1,999,999: Tiered fees ranging from 1.25% to 2.00% (minimum annual fee of $2,000)
- Accounts $2,000,000 and over: 1.00% annually (minimum annual fee of $20,000)
