- $25,000-$250,000: 0.50% to 2.75%
- $250,001-$500,000: 0.50% to 2.50%
- $500,001-$1,000,000: 0.50% to 2.25%
- $1,000,001-$2,000,000: 0.45% to 2.00%
- $2,000,001-$3,000,000: 0.40% to 1.75%
- $3,000,001-$5,000,000: 0.30% to 1.50%
- $5,000,001-$10,000,000: 0.20% to 1.25%
- Over $10,000,001: Negotiable
