Fee Structure
Synergy Capital charges a fee for investment management services, not to exceed 2.00% annually. The specific fee is determined on a client-by-client basis, considering factors like complexity, assets under management, and portfolio style. Fees are billed quarterly, in advance, based on the market value of the account on the last day of the prior quarter. Fees may be negotiable.
