Diversified, LLC provides financial planning and investment management services. Financial planning includes cash flow management, college planning, tax planning, insurance matters, retirement planning, estate planning, and investment planning. Investment management services are offered on both a discretionary and non-discretionary basis. Diversified also participates in a turnkey asset management program (TAMP) through Zoe Financial, Inc.
Fee Structure
Diversified offers investment management services where fees typically do not exceed 1.95% of the value of your portfolio annually. In some cases, fees may exceed 1.95% if limited financial planning services are included. If you participate in the Zoe Financial, Inc. TAMP platform, you may be subject to additional platform fees assessed by Zoe, up to 0.50% of your portfolio.
