Divergent offers portfolio management services based on individual client goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon. Divergent recommends various investments, including mutual funds, equities, and fixed income securities. They may also recommend independent managers to actively manage a portion of client assets. Fees are negotiable. Divergent clients will not be charged a total management fee over the 3% industry average. In our discretion we may negotiate a lower assets under management annual management fee and/or accept accounts with assets less than $100,000. Qualified clients will pay advisory fees ranging up to 2.00% per annum of assets under management for services provided by Divergent along with a performance fee based on capital appreciation ranging up to 20.00%.
