Fee Structure
Pyxis Capital does not directly manage your investments. Instead, they recommend a third-party advisor, Advisory Alpha, to manage your portfolio. Pyxis Capital shares in a portion of the management fee charged by Advisory Alpha. The total annual management fee ranges from 0% to 1.70%, and Pyxis Capital typically receives 50% of that fee. Fees will not exceed 2% of the assets under management. The exact fee will be disclosed in the third-party advisor's brochure.
