Fees are generally negotiable. In some circumstances, Five Cedars Financial will pay all or part of the third-party advisor’s fee using a portion of the fee paid to Five Cedars Financial. In general, Five Cedars Financial will pay a third party fee for a passive model portfolio strategy for household accounts totaling no more than $3M. Over $3M of household accounts and/or a more active strategy such as Direct Indexing will trigger the third-party adviser to deduct their fee from client accounts per disclosure in addition to Five Cedars Financial’s fees.
