Fee is negotiable on a client-by-client basis depending on the size and complexity of the portfolio managed. A minimum annual fee of $2,000 will be billed to those accounts with portfolio values of $400,000 or less; however, RGIM retains the right to waive or reduce this minimum if circumstances are warranted.
