MIM may recommend Third Party Managers and receives referral fees from them.

The annual fee is negotiable. Total fees to Client will never exceed the safe harbor threshold of 3% of assets under management per year. MIM also offers portfolios constructed solely of American Funds mutual funds, with an annual fee of up to 1.00%.
