The specific fee is outlined in your Investment Advisory Agreement, with a maximum fee of 1.50%. A minimum annual fee of $1,200 ($300/quarter) applies. Fees may be negotiable based on account size and complexity. Clients using the Zoe platform will pay an additional 0.15% platform fee.
