Equity Investment Corporation (EIC) is a registered investment advisor providing investment management services. EIC offers equity strategies like All-Cap Value, Large-Cap Value, and Mid-Cap Value. EIC also manages portfolios combining equity strategies with fixed income and other diversifying securities, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) portfolios. EIC provides discretionary portfolio management for institutional and private investors through separate accounts and serves as a sub-advisor to wrap account programs. EIC also provides non-discretionary recommendations to Unified Managed Account Programs.
Fee Structure
EIC's management fees range from 0.30% to 1% per year of the assets they manage. These fees are negotiable. The fees are billed quarterly in advance. If you terminate your account, any unearned fees will be refunded, and any earned, unpaid fees will be due. Several clients are invested solely in the EIC Value Fund, in which case no management fee is charged by EIC since a management fee is already included in the Fund.
