BGIA may assist clients with IPOs and other limited offerings, but only for those with significant assets and understanding of the risks.
Fee Structure
Banyan Global Investment Advisors charges an annual management fee based on the value of your portfolio, ranging from 0.30% to 1.20%. The exact fee is negotiable and can vary based on the investment products used in your account. You may also pay a separate fee to a third-party manager if BGIA engages one for your account. BGIA may receive compensation from the third-party manager, in which case BGIA will not charge an additional fee on top of the fee shared with BGIA by the third-party manager. There is also a Separately Managed Account Platform Fee based on household assets, subject to a $100 minimum per custodian account.
