A minimum Asset Management fee of $2,500 per quarter ($10,000 annually) applies. Lido will also in certain instance utilize a marginal fee calculation, where Managed Account(s) Assets Amount tiers are each assessed specific Asset Management fees. Lido has discretion to adjust the minimum fee or to waive or adjust the Asset Management fee.
