Trademark Capital Management (TCM) offers wealth management services, including financial planning and portfolio management, to individuals. TCM also provides institutional advisory services to other investment professionals and retirement plans. Financial planning may be outsourced to a third-party financial planner. TCM manages assets on a discretionary basis, primarily allocating investments among mutual funds, ETFs, equities, and individual debt. TCM may recommend investments in private investment funds.
Fee Structure
Fees for investment management are negotiable, up to a maximum of 1.25% annually. The actual fee is specified in the client's agreement with Trademark Capital. Fees are billed quarterly in advance, based on the value of the account on the last day of the previous quarter. Some clients may have different fee schedules based on prior contractual arrangements.
