RPC can act as a fiduciary, taking responsibility for investment selection, or provide non-fiduciary services like plan design consulting and financial wellness coaching.
Fee Structure
RPC charges a fee based on the size of the retirement plan's assets, up to 1.00% annually, or a fixed fee based on the scope of the engagement. The minimum annual fee is $15,000. Fees are negotiable and may be reduced or waived at RPC's discretion. These fees do not include charges from record keepers, administrators, custodians, or brokers.
