Fee Structure
ICONIQ Capital's fees are negotiated with each client and can be up to 1.5% of the value of the assets managed. Some clients pay incentive or performance fees based on the increase in the value of their accounts. Some clients have flat fee structures. Clients investing in ICONIQ Private Funds pay fees assessed by those funds, which may be higher, and the value of the investment is included in the advisory fee calculation, resulting in multiple layers of fees. In some cases, ICONIQ Capital may reduce or waive fees.
