Genesis Wealth Advisors provides investment advice and financial planning to individuals, high net worth individuals, charitable organizations, and retirement plans. Genesis offers wealth management services, including investment management, estate planning analysis, education needs planning, insurance needs analysis, cash flow and budgeting, tax planning, and retirement planning. For clients not needing wealth management, Genesis offers financial planning as a separate service.
Fee Structure
Genesis Wealth Advisors offers investment management services through its Fundamental Wealth Management Services (FWMS) and Institutional Wealth Management Services (IWMS). Fees are based on a percentage of your portfolio's value and are paid quarterly, in advance.
For FWMS:
- Up to $1,000,000: 1.00% per year
- $1,000,001 to $4,000,000: 0.90% per year
- $4,000,001 to $7,000,000: 0.80% per year
- $7,000,001 to $10,000,000: 0.70% per year
- Over $10,000,000: 0.50% per year
A minimum of $250,000 of assets is required for FWMS, which may be negotiable.
For IWMS:
- Up to $1,000,000: 0.75% per year
- $1,000,001 to $4,000,000: 0.65% per year
- $4,000,001 to $7,000,000: 0.55% per year
- $7,000,001 to $10,000,000: 0.45% per year
- Over $10,000,000: 0.35% per year
A minimum of $1,000,000 of assets is required for IWMS, which may be negotiable.
Additional services may be added for a fee ranging from 0.10% to 0.50% per year.
