Fee Structure
UCMK charges a percentage of your portfolio annually for investment management, billed monthly in advance. The exact fee is negotiable, ranging from 0.75% to 2.5% depending on your financial situation, the amount you invest, and the complexity of services. There is a minimum account size of $5,000, which can be waived. There is also an overriding minimum fee of $50 per account on an annual basis. Brokerage commissions and transaction fees are billed separately.
