Communitas Financial Planning PBC provides financial planning and investment consultation services to individuals, estates, trusts, businesses, pensions, and profit-sharing plans. Services include cash flow and debt management, risk management, employee benefits, retirement planning, tax planning, education planning, estate planning, and investment consultation. Communitas uses third-party investment managers for Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) portfolios.
Fee Structure
Communitas Financial Planning PBC does not directly manage investments. Instead, they recommend third-party investment managers. If you use a third-party manager, you'll pay an annual fee based on the amount they manage, typically ranging from 1.00% to 1.80% of your portfolio. Communitas may receive up to 1.00 percentage point of that total fee. The exact fee will be in your agreement with the third-party manager and Communitas.
