NewSquare Capital is a registered investment advisor that designs and implements diversified portfolios using exchange-traded funds, individual equity securities, and fixed income securities. NewSquare primarily works with clients through a co-advisory agreement with MML Investor Services, where MMLIS representatives handle the client relationship and NewSquare manages the investments. NewSquare can also work directly with clients to manage their assets. NewSquare may use sub-advisors to manage portions of client accounts.
Fee Structure
NewSquare Capital manages investments through a wrap fee program. The total fee you pay covers both NewSquare's investment management and the MML Investor Services representative's service fee. The MMLIS representative determines the total fee, up to a maximum of 1.75%. NewSquare's portion of the fee depends on the investment strategy used. For example, Enhanced Cash Management is 0.15% annually, while Relative Strength Individual Equity Models is 0.65%. There is also an MMLIS administrative fee of 0.05% for balances below $1,000,000 and 0.02% for balances over $1,000,000. NewSquare may reduce its portion of the fee based on the amount of assets invested with the firm.
