Asset Allocation Strategies (AAS) offers investment advice for employer-sponsored retirement accounts and personal investment accounts. AAS provides both discretionary and non-discretionary account management with investment strategies ranging from conservative to aggressive. AAS also offers financial planning and consulting services to clients and plan sponsors for a flat fee or a fee based on the value of the assets. AAS may recommend third-party money managers.
AAS charges a percentage of the value of your portfolio annually, billed quarterly. The maximum fee is 2% per year. The specific fee is agreed upon in your investment advisory agreement and may be negotiable. If you cancel your agreement, you'll receive a refund for any unused portion of the fee. Additional deposits during a quarter may be billed on a pro-rata basis. Withdrawals during a billing period do not generally result in a refund unless you terminate the agreement.
