Fee Structure
ACM offers investment management services for a fee based on a percentage of your portfolio. The maximum annual fee is 2.00%, charged quarterly in advance. This fee covers both portfolio management and portfolio monitoring accounts, as well as affiliated funds, but excludes Andina Branded Funds. Cash or short-term investments within your portfolio are charged a lower fee of 0.20% annually. A minimum initial investment of $50,000 is generally required to open a managed account, but this may be waived. The fee does not include custodial fees or mutual fund expenses.
