Brasada Capital Management provides investment advisory services on a discretionary basis to a private pooled investment vehicle (the “Fund”), sub-advised accounts, and separately managed accounts. The Fund’s objective is to maximize long-term, risk-adjusted absolute returns through long/short equity investments. Sub-advisory services are governed by an investment management agreement between Brasada and the unaffiliated advisor(s).
