CCS offers investment management and consulting services through its financial professionals, who are independent contractors. CCS provides both wrap-fee and traditional investment management programs, as well as financial planning and retirement plan consulting services. Clients can choose between brokerage and advisory accounts, and CCS is compensated through fees and commissions.
Fee Structure
CCS offers investment consulting and continuous investment management services. The maximum annual fee is 1.50% for investment consulting and 2.00% for continuous investment management. These fees are negotiable and may be discounted. The fees are calculated annually and charged quarterly in advance, typically deducted directly from your account. Your financial professional receives a portion of the fee. You can terminate the agreement with 5 days' notice and receive a prorated refund of prepaid fees.
