Fee Structure
Cornell Pochily provides investment management services for an annual fee based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio. The annual fee varies between 0.50% and 1.25%, depending on the amount you invest and the type of investment services you need. The firm may negotiate a lower fee based on certain criteria. For clients who want to maintain full control over their accounts, Cornell Pochily will negotiate a fee depending on the level of service needed, generally ranging from $100 to $10,000 on a fixed fee basis and/or from $150 to $350 on an hourly rate basis.
