Fee Structure

For example, fees for Alpha Portfolios range from 1.35% on the first $1 million to 0.60% on amounts over $5 million. Fees for Tactical Mgt AlaCarte Model range from 1.85% on the first $1 million to 1.10% on amounts over $5 million.
CPR also manages structured notes and market-linked CDs for an annual fee of 1.25%. For other assets, annual fees range from 2.00% on accounts less than $50,000 to 0.60% on accounts over $3,000,000.
