Zevenbergen Capital Investments (ZCI) offers discretionary investment advisory and portfolio management services to individuals, high net worth individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, government entities, corporations, charitable organizations, and investment companies. ZCI provides advisory services through individually managed portfolios using growth equity and fixed income strategies. ZCI may also recommend purchase of the Zevenbergen Funds in providing advisory services to clients.
Zevenbergen Capital Investments (ZCI) charges an annual fee based on the value of your portfolio.
For Wealth Management accounts (typically individuals, trusts, small businesses, and small 401(k) plans) with a minimum of $5 million, the fee is 1.00% on the first $25 million. Fees on assets over $25 million are negotiable.
For Institutional accounts (typically pension and profit-sharing plans, state or municipal government entities, and large corporations or charitable organizations) with a minimum of $25 million, the fee is 1.00% on the first $50 million. Fees on assets over $50 million are negotiable.
Accounts below the stated minimums will likely pay higher fees than those stated in the above schedule. ZCI also reserves the right to negotiate fees depending on client circumstances, to charge a minimum fee or charge a predetermined amount of compensation (fixed fees).
