Broyhill Asset Management (BAM) offers investment management services on a discretionary basis to private funds, individuals, trusts, foundations, and other institutions. BAM manages client accounts in accordance with a value-oriented investment strategy, which includes investing in securities identified through fundamental analysis and may also include investments in external managers through mutual funds or exchange traded funds. BAM may also act as a subadviser to other advisory firms.
Fee Structure
Broyhill Asset Management (BAM) offers investment management services for separately managed accounts (SMAs). The annual advisory fee is negotiable, but generally:
- Accounts with total assets under management of more than $1,000,000 are charged 1.0% of assets per year, calculated and paid quarterly.
- Accounts with total assets under management of less than $1,000,000 are charged 1.5% of assets per year, calculated and paid quarterly.
BAM also receives fees from Turnkey Asset Management (TAMP) platforms based on assets under advisement with a given TAMP platform.
