Howard Capital Management manages accounts introduced by unaffiliated broker-dealers and investment advisors. They gather client information to allocate investments among various models and strategies. Howard Capital Management reviews and supervises the purchase and sale of financial assets. They also offer private wealth services, mutual fund management, self-directed brokerage window services, and 401(k) and TSP Optimizer services.
Howard Capital Management charges an advisory fee based on a percentage of the assets they manage. The fee is negotiable and may vary depending on factors like account size and complexity. The portion of the advisory fee that Howard Capital Management retains, after payment to your primary investment professional, will range up to, but will not exceed, 1.1% of assets under management. The fee is generally billed monthly in advance, based on the value of your account at the end of the previous month. There may be transaction charges involved with the purchasing or selling of securities which are separate and distinct from advisory fees paid to our firm.
