Fee Structure
Koss Olinger offers a managed account program called Private Client Accounts. The fee covers investment advisory services and brokerage execution. The annual fee ranges are:
- $1 to $2,000,000: 0.90 – 1.00%
- $2,000,001 to $5,000,000: 0.60 – 0.80%
- $5,000,001 to $10,000,000: 0.45 – 0.55%
- $10,000,001 to $20,000,000: 0.40 – 0.45%
- $20,000,001 to $50,000,000: 0.35 – 0.40%
- $50,000,001 to $100,000,000: 0.30 – 0.35%
- Over $100,000,000: 0.25 – 0.30%
Fees are billed quarterly in advance based on the market value of the client’s account on the last day of the previous quarter. Fees may be negotiable under certain circumstances.
