WMS Partners, after selling a majority of its assets to Homrich Berg, now provides investment advisory services solely to four private funds affiliated with WMS. These services include managing the funds and recommending investments. WMS also provides administrative services to PH Servicing, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary, to facilitate structured settlement payments until they are fully liquidated. WMS is transitioning its registration to the state of Maryland.
Fee Structure
WMS Partners manages four private funds and charges an annual management fee of 1.00% of the client's capital account. The fee is calculated quarterly and deducted from investor distributions. The WMS Real Estate Opportunity Fund, LLC has the potential to charge a performance fee of 10% of the Fund’s profits and losses after the Members receive an amount equal to their Capital Contributions and 10% Preferred Return.
