Green Investment Management (GIM) manages investments for individuals, pension plans, trusts, and other entities. GIM offers various investment strategies called "Models," diversified among asset classes like stocks, bonds, and cash. Clients can select or combine Models based on their risk tolerance and financial goals. GIM manages assets within custodial accounts held at Charles Schwab, AXOS Advisor Services, or another qualified custodian selected by the client.
Fee Structure
Green Investment Management (GIM) charges a management fee based on the investment program and the specific investment models chosen. The fees vary depending on the model selected. GIM's fees are based on the value of your account at the end of the previous quarter and are charged quarterly in advance. The fee is deducted directly from your account. GIM and your advisor (if applicable) can negotiate their fees, so clients with similar assets may pay different fees.
