GHP Investment Advisors (GHPIA) provides investment management services, including managing investment accounts based on client guidelines. GHPIA also offers financial planning services, evaluating a client's financial condition and advising on retirement, education, tax, and estate planning. GHPIA also provides pension advisory services, assisting plan sponsors in determining appropriate asset allocation and portfolio diversification options. GHPIA may recommend investments in the GHP International Reform and Development Fund, L.P. or the Israel Investment Fund, L.P. to certain clients.

The annual fee for fixed income assets under management is 0.50% per year. Although GHPIA has established the aforementioned fee schedules, we retain the discretion to negotiate alternative fees on a client-by-client basis.
