Natixis Advisors provides investment advice to investment companies (like mutual funds and ETFs) and managed account clients. For investment companies, Natixis Advisors often uses affiliated registered investment advisors as subadvisers. For managed accounts, Natixis Advisors uses model portfolios from affiliated and unaffiliated model providers. Natixis Advisors also offers direct indexing strategies and multi-asset portfolios.
Natixis Advisors provides investment advisory services to managed account clients through bundled and unbundled programs. Fees are negotiated between Natixis Advisors and the program sponsor. The client account minimum for an Unbundled Program account is generally $250,000, but can be waived. Fees are calculated as a percentage of assets under management or advised, or through fixed fees or a percentage of a program sponsor's fees. Fees are paid either quarterly or monthly, in advance or in arrears.
