DB Fitzpatrick offers personalized investment management to individuals, pension and profit sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, and small businesses. DB Fitzpatrick is a fee-only firm, meaning it doesn't sell commissioned products or accept commissions. While DB Fitzpatrick and the client agree on a long-term investment strategy, DB Fitzpatrick has final control over security selection and asset allocation. Clients maintain control of their assets.
Fee Structure
DB Fitzpatrick charges a percentage of the assets they manage for you.
For equity and balanced accounts, the fees are:
- 1.00% on the first $1,000,000
- 0.75% on the next $4,000,000 (from $1,000,001 to $5,000,000)
- 0.50% on the assets above $5,000,001
For fixed income accounts, the fees are:
- 0.25% on the first $30,000,000
- 0.15% on the assets above $30,000,001
For the commercial mortgage program, the fees are:
- 0.34% on the first $100,000,000
- 0.28% on the next $100,000,000 (from $100,000,001 to $200,000,000)
- 0.23% on assets above $200,000,001
Fees are negotiable, and current client relationships may have higher or lower fees than the standard schedule.
